Ericka Clawges

My name is Ericka Clawges I am a Realtor in Texas who services the greater Houston area.

I was born in Houston but grew up in Huffman. I attended Hargrave High School until I graduated in 2005. I have lived in Huffman, Houston, Cleveland, Cut and Shoot, The Woodlands, Conroe, The Heights, Spring, and Humble area. I have been in the service industry for 12+ years all over Houston giving me a unique perspective of the entire greater Houston area. Living here for 30+ years make me familiar with the area. After purchasing my first home in 2016 there was so much; I didn't know because I didn't know what questions to ask. I decided to get my license to help people with the home buying process and not to feel the way I felt after my first home purchase. I obtained my education for my license at Champions school of real estate and have been continuing my education in real estate ever since. My goal is to do much more than sell houses. I want to help people understand the home buying process from start to finish, work with them to find the perfect home that fits their budget and give them all the tools to prepare them for the buying or selling process. As for my personal time I enjoy watching tv, reading books, and spending time with my dogs. Family is an important part of me. There is usually the daily call from my mom, and I have been blessed with two nephews who I love to spend my time with every chance I get.
