My name is Ann Ellis and I grew up Norway and moved to Katy Texas in 1996. I've been a First Responder for over 25 years in the Katy area and have been working in real estate for a little over 2 years but have an amazing mentor that's been doing this for over 20 years. While I am open to all areas of Waller, Harris and Fort Bend Counties, I am most familiar with the Katy/Brookshire area. In fact, my favorite part of the city is how everyone gets together for Friday Night Football because you still get the small town feeling and get to spend time with your family and friends.

To be a successful real estate agent, I believe that today's homeowner needs to be in-the-know to find that perfect home. I am married with three kids and two dogs. While I was born and raised in Norway, I came to Texas as fast as I could. As a family we love going camping to the different State Parks, exploring new and exciting places to go fishing and hiking.

Kristy has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Katy - Houston area since 2012. She began her professional career working for a Big 6 accounting firm, and later transitioned to real estate in her role as a real estate internal auditor for a major financial services company. Fast forward to today, she now has her broker's license and is a well trusted real estate adviser in the Katy/ Houston area. Her clients have praised her for her diligence, professionalism, and knowledge of the real estate business.

Born and raised in Florida, Kristy graduated from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and moved to Houston in 1994. In the early 2000's, she lived a short time overseas with her husband and children before moving to Katy in 2005. She is also an active volunteer with her daughter through National Charity League. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
