He has been leading and advising clients on family and financial decisions for over 20 years as well as 24 year career in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, and Contracts Negotiations. Debbie has lived in Austin (Westlake and Tarrytown) for 25+ years and knows Austin inside and out. She has chaired many fundraisers and served on the Boards of many organizations. As a result of her philanthropic commitment she received the Austin Board of Realtors Community Service Award - given to just one realtor a year out of thousands in the Austin area.

Having lived in Kingsland and Sunrise Beach area since 1965, Mary Ann Liverman can offer her expertise of Lake LBJ and surrounding areas. She has seen first hand the changing of the lake area, from riding the ferry across the lake, which now has the 2900 bridge, to the flooding and changing depths of the Llano arm of Lake LBJ. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 2003. She is known as the Lake LBJ Waterfront Specialist. Mary Ann attended and graduated Llano High School, as well as her two sons. Her designations include GRI, e-Pro, RSPS and CLHMS and she has been a 4 time Bronze Medal Winner. In 2014, she and her husband Todd formed The Liverman Team, a husband and wife team. I am originally from the Seattle area. I am married to an amazing lady and have an entrepreneurial son. I enjoy snowboarding, Olympic weightlifting, doing CrossFit and many other fun outdoor activities. I relocated to San Antonio in 2005 and met many amazing people while working all over Texas. In 2018 we bought a second home here in Port Aransas. The laid-back island life and all the fun outdoor activities to do here year-round made it an easy decision to move here full-time. I spent 20 years in the sales industry working for a global bakery ingredient manufacturer. I last worked as a Sales Director and National Business Development Director before retiring in 2017.
