She knew the market very well, was in constant communication with us, helped us with information that helped us with any decisions we needed to make along with numerous other things that kept my mind at ease and feeling like the sale was going to be well taken care of. She immediately reached out to several of her contacts along with other ways to reach buyers. She was in constant communication with me on any activity at all and was always available to me when I wanted to contact her. I felt like a family member in that I felt she was very invested in making sure the property was sold quickly and for the best price. She is very friendly and easy to relate to along with being very professional at the same time. “As a new buyer you are often playing blind in a new territory, there is fierce competition on homes that come up in an area, having that experience as a realtor it helps to let the buyer know what we are up against and what should we do in terms of making the best offer. We lost on a few nice houses by not making the right offer in time due to these competition. These experiences go along with the process.
