Hello and please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Latisha Bradshaw A Native to Liberty County, I was raised and grew up in Tarkington and Dayton. I am a Class of 1992 Alumni from Tarkington High School. I currently reside with my family in Dayton. Being a Realtor allows me to work from my home office and still be a full time Mom. I completed my Real Estate Education in 2018 and I am licensed to practice through the Texas Real Estate Commission. I have always had a passion for real estate, design and decorating. Being a full time Realtor allows me to have a Career that I love and that I am so very passionate about. Being from this area I am very competent and knowledgeable about the current Market Trends locally and in the surrounding communities. My clients are my top priority and every single one receives an exceptional level of personal attention. I take the trust that each of my clients put in my hands very seriously. I have lived in the east Houston area for about 30 years and for about 20 of those years I worked in different areas of the legal field, including real estate. Through that experience I bring to my clients, ethics, attention to detail and excellent customer service and my commitment to work hard, listen and follow through. My oldest son is in the oil industry, my daughter is a teacher in Dayton ISD and my youngest is in the Army. My family's roots are here and I want to do my part to see my grandchildren grow in an area that they can be proud to say "this is home".

Samantha graduated from Colorado Technical University where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Business Management and Human Resources.
Samantha's business experience is centered in the field of accounting and finance. She spent three years as staff accountant for a local bank and lending institution before accepting a position as an Audit Defense Consultant for a sales tax accounting firm. She quickly made herself an asset to the company through her hard work, client acquisition, and dedication to her portfolios. After five years at the firm, she took an opportunity with an oilfield services company to be the financial Controller. Samantha's down time is spent with the love of her life, her husband, Derrick, and with their 5 children. They enjoy boating and various water sports, and have a fierce love of sportscars and horsepower. Their dream is to one day fully restore a classic hotrod together.
