Tired of the hustle and bustle of big city life? Are you longing for a calmer and more tranquil place to call home? Well, look no further than Pecan Grove Plantation in Richmond. I lived in Pecan Grove for 12 years, and I absolutely loved it here.

Pecan Grove derives its name from the enchanting pecan groves that add a touch of natural beauty and serenity to the neighborhood. Nestled among majestic pecan trees, this 1,400-acre master planned community is situated along Plantation Drive and FM 359 and built around a scenic 27-hole private golf course.

The price range of homes in Pecan Grove varies from $200,000 to $675,000, depending on where you live in the neighborhood. The Grove is an older subdivision where homes are priced between the $200,000 to mid $400,000. Most homes you'll find in Pecan Grove are older homes built in the 1980's and 1990's.

Lush greenery, meandering walking trails and well-maintained parks are abundant, providing ample opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Imagine spending your weekends strolling through the scenic surroundings, enjoying picnics with family or enjoying the shade of pecan trees. Residents enjoy picturesque levee trails, convenient access to retail stores and restaurants, three parks and a welcoming family-friendly atmosphere. The best way to describe Pecan Grove is a small-town community with big city amenities. (To the left of the levee trail pictured above is a pasture with grazing cows and horses. As a resident, I enjoyed talking strolls on the levee trail and hearing the cows moo.
