Has All The Craziness of The Sellers Market Come To An End?

Expect the unexpected! There is some relief for my buyers in sight, most builders are offering incentives like Low interest rates through their preferred lender, 1% contribution to buyer's closing cost, providing new appliances such as: Refrigerator, Washer/dryer, etc even aggressive price discount on Cash Buying. Unfortunately, this is not true for all the market surrounding Houston area. Some markets are very much still high in demand where builders have buyer to sign up for their preferred homes to purchase and get in queue, wait for the call and still pay the premium price for the Home. Off course, to understand this phenomenon you have to be a full time realtor and working longer period of time in particular market area.
Life is all about different experiences and it is a learning process. As a real estate advisor the hardest question is to answer is this the right time to Buy or Sell, and my answer always asking the same question back to the prospect buyer and the seller and from that starts the conversation. In this time of technology so much information, Chart indicators, market trends are readily available, it can be very confusing and miss leading for the average person, this is when the geographical competency of a realtor or real estate advisor comes to play.
In my personal experience I have seen some of the buyers and the sellers regretting their decision either to hold back or moving forwarding, basically not taking the advice of experts. It gives me confidence and pleasure when working with clients who have trust in me to help them with major life time financial decision by my expertise and providing information using tools in my hands as a realtor.
I am a proud Member of number One Nation's association of Realtors. Houston association of realtors! Thank you HAR.COM
